Further information:
MMI has enjoyed a ten year relationship with Opus One and as a result, Opus One accounts for 40% of all fine wine Californian wine that MMI sells. When Le Clos opened its flagship store in Concourse A, Terminal 3, Dubai International last year, the management of Opus One generously provided an exclusive offer for Le Clos customers, something they would not normally do.
The rare parcel included a six bottle case including two of the 1979 vintage, the first ever released in the Opus One history alongside with four cases of the 1980 vintage. They also offered Le Clos customers a very rare Salmanazar (9 litre) of 1997. This exclusive 6 box collection has already been sold.
Le Clos currently also stocks the 2009 and the 2010 vintages of Opus One and a Salmanazar of Opus One 1997.
